200 m run
After completing each round add another rope climb, 3 more wall balls, and 5 more box jumps, but just run the 200m per round. For example 1-3-5-200 / 2-6-10-200 / 3-9-15-200 / 4-12-20-200 / 5-15-25-200 and keep going until 20 minutes are up. You can score your round of rope climb, wall ball, or bj.
