5 rounds for load - “ Bear complex”

Complete 7 unbroken reps of 

1 power clean

1 front squat

1 push press

1 back squat

1 push press

Note - the 5 movements above comprise 1 repetition. You must complete 7 of them unbroken for one set.  Rest as needed between sets.

Build each set with small loads so you can complete all 5 sets  


Post wod - 6x every 2:00min 

 50m sprints - walk back to start and recover for the next set

Note - 50m is approximately from the start of our steps outside to the middle pylon where the ac units are at the end of the building
