 Strength - Clean complex - e2mom for 14 min

1 clean pull + 1 power clean + 1 hang squat clean 


Wod -  4 rounds of 


150m single arm db carry 50/35  and

 3 rounds of 

4 db power clean 2x 50/35

4 db front squat 2x 50/35

4 db push jerk 2 x 50/35


Notes - use one of your two db for the carry.  Switch hands anytime. 150m is to the end of driveway and back.
