Strength - 5x5 Floor press
-* bench press from the floor-
Wod - for time
20 push-ups - 1 toe to ring
18 push-ups - 2 toe to ring
16 push-ups - 3 toe to ring
Etc… until you work your way down to
2 push-ups - 10 toe to ring
* toe to ring *
Hanging from the high rings, swing your feet up thru the rings and back down to the starting position for 1 rep
