5 burpee db snatch 50/35 L+R=2 reps

10 db lunge 50/35 - L+R=2 reps 

15 db weighted sit-up 50/35 

Note- 1 dumbbell for all exercises in wod. Hold dumbbell to the chest for the sit-ups.
