Wod - Bear Complex
5 rounds for load - rest as long as needed between rounds
Complete 7 unbroken sets of the barbell complex
1 power clean
1 front squat
1 push press
1 back squat
1 push press
- note - this is unbroken all the way thru all 7 sets. Also, pause for a moment at the end of each movement. That means you can’t squat clean/ thruster the first 3 moves It’s a power clean, then front squat, pause at the top, then push press into your back squat and then push press back to your front rack and do the complex 6 more times until 7 full sets are done
