9/7 cal assault bike +

Rnd 1-3: 16 alternating db snatch 50/35

Rnd 4-6: 12 db gainers 2x50/35

Rnd 7-9:   8 db devil press 2x50/35

Note - gainer = burpee deadlift 

Start every singe round with the 9/7 cal bike, then complete the exercise in that round and repeat.
